Conte’ adopted an omnichannel strategy to optimize marketing operations and improve customer journey management. The aim was to leverage CRM and marketing automation for more personalized and targeted communications by refining customer segmentation and profiling. <\/p>\n

Aeonvis supported Conte’ on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud processes, and the creation and automation of customer journeys. In order to improve the visibility of the composition of its customer base, segments were created based on purchasing behaviors through an RFM model developed on Tableau, thus enabling the activation of campaigns with customized messages and offers. <\/p>\n
